What Inspires You?

For me, it is the unthinkable goodness that seems to pop into my life. It's the idea that someone, me, you, anyone can make those moments of goodness happen. It is the belief in miracles. The belief in goodness. Sometimes, all we need is a friendly smile to remind us of the good in life, sometimes it takes the moving of mountains. And, every once in awhile, when we are really blessed and all the stars line up perfectly, we meet a miracle.

Meet Joy Grainger, working mom, adoring wife, loving sister, amazing friend, giving volunteer, and SO much more. For me, Joy has moved mountains and helped bring about miracles. Following her everyday life has me in happy tears constantly for all the good she does. She told me once herself, "I'm a believer that you get from this world what you send out into this world. " I believe this too, and Joy surely has a lifetime times a million of goodness coming her way.
To learn more about Joy and her beautiful family, visit Kamee June's blog post about her HERE.  Kamee is an amazing writer, photographer and person, this post has so much beauty in it visually and intellectually it left a permanent happy mark on my heart. And, once again, my cheeks moist with tears of joy.

This is Joy with her adorable family, Trevor, Madison and Rebecca.

Meet Rebecca, and the new necklace inspired by her "The Rebecca"  - A sterling silver Alice in Wonderland inspired teapot with a creamy freshwater pearl and an "R" in my new whimsical font.

Meet, Rebecca's little larger than life sister Madison.

And the necklace inspired by her "The Madison" - A sterling silver tiara with a floating Swarovski crystal and an "M" in my new whimsical font.

Thank you Joy, for your goodness and inspiration.

  5. I'm speechless, Kristen. Back in my days as a struggling college kid in Boulder, CO, when I lived off spaghetti noodles & worked 2-3 jobs at a time to just make rent & pay tuition, I was a tour guide at Celestial Seasonings (loved it!). Every day when I walked into the lobby, I'd see this quote "To love for the sake of being loved is human. To love for the sake of loving is angelic". You are an angel, sweet girl. May you feel the warmth of the hearts you have brought love to in your life.

  8. It is delightful to luxuriate in the bathtub with bath oils. However, if you are on a budget, then it is not necessary to purchase expensive oils to have a moisturizing soak in the tub. All you need is to go to your kitchen and grab a bottle of olive oil. Olive oil has been used as a moisturizer for the skin for 5,000 years and is proven to improve the elasticity of the skin and condition dry skin. Play Bazaar satta king
